    Manuel

    I was born in Brescia in the North of Italy. My family has always been in the food industry for as long as I can remember and I decided to follow the same path and become a chef. Here in Denmark I’ve worked as a chef then I started my food truck business in 2017. I developed further my interests for wine through friends and winemakers around Franciacorta and the Garda Lake. Fast forward to 2024 I have come together with a good friend to expand and decided to import wine from Italy.

    Fabio

    I was born in Rome too many moons ago to keep track and don't sound too old. I come from an aviation and IT background. I moved to Denmark in 2000 where I found my real home and the right people to grow my family, hobbies and myself. Always had a strong passion for cooking, tasting new food and wines. Recently I decided to bring it all to the next level together with Manuel in this new venture.
