Vinacce.dk Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping at Vinacce.dk! We're dedicated to getting your fantastic wines and coffee to you quickly and securely. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within Denmark.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer convenient options for receiving your order:

National Shipping (via Bring):

  • Pickup Parcels (Bring Pakkeshop): 69 DKK
  • Home Delivery (Bring): 109 DKK
  • Free National Shipping: Orders totaling 699 DKK or more qualify for free national shipping.
  • Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Local Delivery (Copenhagen & Surrounding Areas):

  • Orders less than 550 DKK: 60 DKK
  • Orders 550 DKK or more: Free
  • Local deliveries are completed within 3 business days after processing. Our driver will call you approximately 30 minutes before the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Carrier

For national shipments, we partner with Bring. Our own dedicated driver handles local deliveries in Copenhagen and surrounding areas.

Shipping Days

We do not ship on weekends or Danish public holidays. Orders will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Order Tracking & Delays

For national shipments, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this to follow your delivery via Bring's tracking service.

If there are any significant delays with your shipment, we'll let you know promptly via email.

Packaging

At Vinacce.dk, we take great care in packaging your products. All bottles are securely packed in certified shipping boxes, and we prioritize using recycled materials as much as possible to ensure your order arrives safely and sustainably.

Lost Packages

In the rare event your package is lost in transit, we'll quickly address it. After confirming a lost package, we'll either send a new order to you as fast as possible or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged packaging and products to us as soon as possible. After reviewing the proof, we'll either replace the defective product(s) or issue a full refund. Please keep all packaging materials, as the carrier might need to inspect them.

Returns & Refused Deliveries

  • Return Shipping: If you want to return a product for reasons other than damage or our error, Vinacce.dk will cover the cost of return shipping, as long as the product is packaged in its original certified shipping box.
  • Refused Delivery: If a delivery is refused by the customer, we will cover the full cost associated with the order, including the original shipping fee.

Age Verification

Due to Danish law regarding alcohol sales, all deliveries from Vinacce.dk require age verification upon receipt. Our couriers are instructed to perform an ID and age verification check, ensuring the recipient is 18 years of age or older. If age cannot be verified, the package may not be delivered.
