Led by Maurizio and his mother Donata, the winery focuses on "integrated viticulture," a sustainable philosophy that respects the natural rhythm of the land. Their vineyards, rooted in ancient morainic soils, produce grapes of extraordinary purity and character.

The Franciacorta Method

While many sparkling wines are made quickly, Terra Donata’s Franciacorta is crafted using the Metodo Classico (Traditional Method). Each bottle of their signature Blanc de Noir DOCG rests on the lees for at least 30 months, resulting in a fine perlage, creamy texture, and complex notes of white flowers and brioche.
