Description
Il Nido del Gruccione – Tenuta Demaio is a Puglian “orange wine” made entirely from Fiano grapes. Organic and unfiltered, it undergoes a 40-day skin contact maceration. The wine displays a bright straw-yellow color and offers intense aromas of apricot, acacia honey, hay, and eucalyptus. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with good acidity and a persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, shellfish, fresh cheeses, salads, and light pasta dishes.
