The Vaona Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Le Peagne is a sweet red wine from the Veneto region, produced using the same grape-drying technique as Amarone. It shows an intense garnet-red color and offers an ample, enveloping bouquet enriched with balsamic notes. Aromas of raspberries, cherries, and wild berries emerge, evolving into hints of spices, cocoa, and ginger. On the palate, it is warm, harmonious, and smooth, in balance between sweetness and balsamic nuances. It is full-bodied and velvety, with a long and elegant finish.
