Our Mission

At Vinacce.dk we aim to bring the real authentic Italian Wine Culture to you. We import a selection of wines from small and lesser known producers, that represent their own terroir through local grapes, family tradition and sustainable artisanal craftsmanship.

Founders

  • Felicia

    I’m a young girl who’s born and raised in Copenhagen and the area around the city. Most of my earlier youth I thought I would become an engineer when I grew up, but by coincidence I started working as a waiter and fell in love with the wine world. I’m in the process of getting my WSET certification and I feel excited to tap into a new world of knowledge that I hopefully will share with other interested people in the future.

    Together with Manuel and Fabio, we’re taking the next step into the wine world together.

  • Manuel

    I was born in Brescia in the North of Italy. My family has always been in the food industry for as long as I can remember and I decided to follow the same path and become a chef. Here in Denmark I’ve worked as a chef then I started my food truck business in 2017. I developed further my interests for wine through friends and winemakers around Franciacorta and the Garda Lake. Fast forward to 2024 I have come together with 2 good friends to expand and decided to import wine from Italy.

  • Fabio

    I was born in Rome too many moons ago to keep track and don't sound too old. I come from an aviation and IT background. I moved to Denmark in 2000 where I found my real home and the right people to grow my family, hobbies and myself. Always had a strong passion for cooking, tasting new food and wines. Recently I decided to bring it all to the next level together with Manuel and Felicia in this new venture.
